Gemma Francis is the founder of GF Consulting and a peakleap instructor with over a decade of experience in business development. She has advised partners and associates at both boutique and global law firms on strategic development, legal directories, and competitive pitches.

As a former Legal 500 researcher and Business Development Manager, Gemma has led successful pitches, crafted directory submissions, launched integrated campaigns, and managed global client relationships. With a multifaceted background in Law, Journalism, and Marketing, she offers a holistic and innovative approach to business development.

Four years ago, Gemma moved from her in-house role at a London law firm to France, where she established GF Consulting. From the French countryside, she consults with individuals and firms worldwide. Known for being strategic, dynamic, and creative, Gemma focuses on impactful activities that drive business success.
