Hi, I'm Dr. Daniel Correa, an energetic peakleap instructor with a rich tapestry of experiences that span continents and professions. Originally from Brazil, I am proud of my Afro-descendant heritage, which informs my personal and academic approach to teaching, especially in the fields of leadership and diversity. Holding a doctoral degree in Education with a specialization in Diversity studies, I meld scholarly insights with real-world experiences to offer a profound understanding of diversity.

My journey has taken me from the soccer fields of Brazil to the academic halls of the U.S., and finally to Europe's vibrant cultural scene, and has equipped me with unparalleled insights into team dynamics and leadership. My research focuses on how future educators and leaders perceive and engage with diversity, a testament to my commitment to fostering inclusive environments.
