Hi, I'm Anja Kreutzahler, a seasoned peakleap instructor with over a decade of experience guiding partners and associates at the world's leading law firms. Throughout my career, I have developed winning strategies and amassed a wealth of knowledge, which I have now consolidated into a teachable system. With this platform, I have the opportunity to share my expertise with a broader audience.

I have not only guided associates to partnership but also elevated partners to market leadership. As a lawyer myself and a former young associate, I was fascinated by the science of Business Development and Sales. How does one become a rainmaker?

Intrigued by this pursuit, I transitioned my career to guide people in building their businesses within law and consulting firms. Starting as an In-house Business Development expert, I eventually rose to the position of Associate Director of Business Development at the world's highest-grossing law firm. Guiding teams and professionals in these areas is my passion.
